Dan pada waktu pergerakan kemerdekaan untuk mengisolasi kekuatan militer Belanda maka bendungan tersebut dihancurkan oleh tentara RI dengan cara di Bomb hingga tinggal puing-puing dan hanya menyisahkan Pondasi bendungan. Sekitar tahun '60-an sempat terjadi banjir yang mengakibatkan tewasnya dua orang petani yang mencari kayu, konon banjir tersebut setinggi jembatan yang menhubungkan desa Wonosari dengan dusun sebelah Selatan yaitu Kayu Kebek, bisa di bayangkan jembatan tersebut memiliki ketinggian 15 meter dari permukaan sungai sampai bebatuan sekitar sungai yang beratnya sekitar 2 ton ikut terbawa arus dan getarannya terasa sampai radius 500 meter.</div><br />Research by : Taufik<br />Prove by : Mr. Sutedjo<br />Ditulis oleh : www.aly3.tk<br />camera : canon EOS 7D<br /><br /><span style="color: #38761d;
